Join the Happy Hour Café, bringing people together in a “cafe” style gathering to share community with each other.

This activity will be facilitated by Lilly Marie Kinnamon with an invitation for participants to engage in conversation and shared activities mind/heart expansion. Bring Your Own Beverage and share community and connection with colleagues through conversation, stories, humor, or anything going on with you. Share some mindful practices you are using for staying grounded. Share stretches, recipes, sketches, writings, and affirmations.

Every other Tuesday from noon-1:00 p.m. starting November 7, 2023 (e.g. meets on 11/07/2023, 11/21/2023, 12/05/2023, 12/19/2023) in the Social Justice Center (SJC).
