The Commons Advisory Council (CAC) plays a key role in shaping the future of teaching and learning at Evergreen. The Council meets 2-3 times each quarter during governance hours and is responsible for developing strategies to enhance our educational practices. Upcoming projects include:
- Engaging with new faculty to ensure a good transition to Evergreen
- Reviewing and providing feedback on materials generated by our Student Learning Consultant
- Planning for Evergreen Summer Institutes 2026
- Reviewing and updating the LTC mission and vision
Participation in the CAC not only contributes to the growth of our community, but also offers unique professional development opportunities. Benefits described by previous members include:
