Dear faculty colleagues –
A reminder that catalog revisions and budget requests are due next week, on Monday, March 29. You can find information below or at the following site:
It was great to see folks at the brown bag information sessions. Those sessions surfaced a number of questions, and not all got answered in the moment. The attached FAQ may help provide clarity.

Subject: Fall 2021: Catalog Revisions and Budget/ Resource Requests
Dear Faculty Colleagues –
Thanks to those of you who attended yesterday’s faculty meeting. Fall planning is now upon us. Students are eager to know whether your offering will be in person or remote, and staff want to give you accurate information about whether or not they can support your instructional needs.
To make sure that we are all prepared for fall registration, all faculty teams must complete the following forms before Monday, March 29, 2021. Only one form is needed per offering.
-
https://sites.evergreen.edu/academicforms/fall-2021-catalog-updates/
- (except scheduling)
via the “Academic Resources” tab of my.evergreen.edu
The following brownbag information sessions provide an opportunity to ask more detailed questions:

As noted in President Bridges’ email of February 22, we are planning to come together mostly in person in fall quarter. We have a shared goal of primarily hybrid instruction, understanding that our modes of instruction will continue to depend on COVID conditions.
Academic offerings will be listed either as hybrid or remote. Remote offerings will be online-only. Hybrid offerings will require students to attend regular in-person classes: large gatherings like lectures, workshops and Greener Foundations will continue online, while small group activities in lab, studio, seminar, and outdoor on-campus activities will happen in person.
Our goal is to amend the Academic Catalog in time for registration. Early first-year registration is scheduled for the week of April 26. Academic Fair for summer and fall is May 19, and general registration for those quarters is May 24.
