Dear Colleagues,

Warm Winter Greetings from theStudent Affairs Program Design Time Limited Committee.

Please accept this invitation to join us as we work to reimagine how we provide holistic services that engage together arounds student need. We are seeking cross-campus support from staff and faculty who engage directly or indirectly with students outside of the classroom as we work towards fulfilling our charge from senior leadership (see excerpt from charge):

We are working toward “… the goal of designing a contemporary, student-centered student affairs program.

·         Assess systems, structures, and services using framework grounded in student affairs pedagogy

·         Creation of a staffing model reflective of a smaller college

·         Identify opportunities for interconnected coordination of services to students

·         Strongly informed by feedback from staff identifying as student affairs/services professionals”

As our next step, we are facilitating two separate opportunities for faculty and staff to engage with this work. The second opportunity will build on the work done in the first session, if you can only attend one, we still value your attendance at either day.
