Dear Staff and Faculty,
Thank you for taking the time to engage with this email. I am writing to you today to introduce myself and to ask for your help.
My name is Melinda Bratsch-Horsager. I am the Student Director of Legislative Affairs for the 2021-22 Academic Year. I was appointed by the Geoduck Student Union to represent our students at the state government level and to represent our students in the Washington Student Association. My legislative team takes the responsibility seriously. We are intent on making a strong attempt to hear every student voice to inform our processes.
One of the biggest challenges in our work is direct communication with our students. These challenges have led me to ask for your help today.
Please find attached a flyer for the upcoming annual Student Legislative Agenda Assembly which will happen on November 10, 2021 at 1-3p. I am asking for this information to be passed on to your students. The official zoom invitation is posted after the signature.
