Dear faculty and staff,
Each Friday of spring quarter, the Evergreen Remote communications team will send a summary of updates about teaching and working remotely, including changes made to Evergreen’s COVID-19 webpage, messages that have been sent out, and information that is forthcoming. Our goal is to ensure our community is apprised of important information related to remote learning, teaching, and services and to reduce the volume of communications you are receiving. Please be sure to check your email filter and junk settings so you don’t miss a message. Here are this week’s updates:
COVID Webpage Update:
Evergreen’s COVID-19 student resources and employee resources pages – updated regularly. New updates include:
Information about High Risk Employees, a High-Risk Employee Verification Request form (PDF), FFCRA Explained FAQ and Keep Working Workshops were added to employee page
Announcement about 2020 commencement was added to main COVID and student page, and more detailed information was added to graduation webpage
Drop-in advising available by Zoom
Chromebook check out continues
