This interactive workshop will examine the two sides of the readiness coin, the students and the college experience. As Evergreen moves forward with its First-Year Experience, come take a time-out to consider two critical questions:
Dr. Campbell is a professor of educational psychology and a President’s Distinguished Teaching Fellow at Northern Arizona University, where she teaches on the theory of teaching and learning. Her interests include best practices in first-year seminar design, academic probation interventions, common-reading programs, and gateway courses. She has more than 25 years of experience designing and implementing first-year seminars and student success course interventions at both the community college and university level.
