This vaccine clinic is open to students, staff, faculty, alumni, and their family members!

 

Pre-register by visiting the Washington State Department of Health website or scanning the QR code on the attached flier.

  • When: Friday, Nov. 18, 11am-4pm
  • Where: Evans Hall Lobby

    • Walk-ins also welcome!
    • Pfizer and Moderna primary series available for ages 6 months and older
    • Bivalent (Omicron) boosters available
    • No ID or insurance required
    • If possible, please bring vaccine card or record
    • $50 gift cards for those getting their first or second dose
