We are excited to offer 3 upcoming Microsoft 365 training opportunities:
This coming Friday 6/18
- Microsoft Teams Level 200 – 11am – 12pm
- Microsoft Bookings – 1-2pm
Next Friday 6/25
- OneNote – 11am – 12pm

We are asking folks to register to participate in these trainings and will send the invite upon registration.
About the Trainings
Teams Level 200
Audience:
- Intended for Team Owners but all will benefit, especially if you’re interested in Teams file management
- Make sure you have completed the Teams Level 100 training prior to this workshop (link is located in the Getting to Know Teams)
Learning Objectives:
- Reinforce knowledge of Teams navigation while learning advanced features
- Learn effective strategies for creating, structuring, and managing Teams
- Improve your efficiency with advanced search and commands
- Work collaboratively with files
- Learn new feature to support the meeting lifecycle
Microsoft Bookings
Audience:
- Staff managing student facing offices where hybrid operations may require appointments in addition to walk-up service
- Note: if you’re unable to attend this training you can view the recording of a previous Bookings training.
Learning Objectives:
- Attendees can expect to learn how to configure the Bookings application
- understand how to create and customize services, and manage staff and customers
- In addition, the course will include integration with Microsoft Teams
- provide a walkthrough of the customer and staff journey during a virtual booking as a real-world example
OneNote
OneNote is a digital notebook for capturing and organizing content across your devices. Users can jot down ideas, keep track of notes, clip from the web, make to-do lists, and draw and sketch ideas.
Learning Objectives:
This course shows attendees how to
- navigate OneNote and use it to organize content into notebooks, sections, and pages
- Attendees will learn best practices for bringing content together effectively, using pen-abled devices, and guidance on how to share personal and shared notebooks for collaboration
- Attendees will get first-hand experience with OneNote across all modalities including desktop, mobile and online for access to their notebooks, regardless of location
