Please join us for a discussion with our own science faculty, and librettist Dr. Mingxia Li (Zhang Er} in conversation with Tacoma composer Gregory Youtz on their Opera “The Tacoma Method” Saturday, April 17th at 4pm-5:30pm

The opera is based on the historical facts of the expulsion of the Chinese community from Tacoma in 1885.

The title of the zoom webinar discussion is “Making of an Opera in Tacoma”

This discussion is even more important given the recent Asian Hate crimes in the nation.
