Dear colleagues,

I’m writing to request that you add a topic of conversation to your evaluation conferences with students this week.

** Please ask them what they’re planning to register for and encourage them to register. If you are not comfortable counseling them about their curricular options, please send them to Academic Advising, which has Zoom Drop In hours on Monday/Weds/Friday from 1-4pm. https://www.evergreen.edu/advising ** 

Many of you already do this/have done this — thank you! Letting our students know that we care about their academic trajectory can make a real difference when there are many other pressures bearing down on them. 

In this remote environment, more than ever, you may be the only person at the College students are seeking advice from on a regular basis, so thank you for being on that front line!
