Dear faculty and staff,

Each Friday of spring quarter, the Evergreen Remote communications team will send a summary of updates about teaching and working remotely, including changes made to Evergreen’s COVID-19 webpage, messages that have been sent out, and information that is forthcoming.   Our goal is to ensure our community is apprised of important information related to remote learning, teaching, and services and to reduce the volume of communications you are receiving.  Please be sure to check your email filter and junk settings so you don’t miss a message. Here are this week’s updates:

Publishing Remote Events and Class Schedules Update: You can now use Schedule Evergreen to manage your remote/online events and offerings! We have updated the system so you can choose activity type “remote/online” when creating events or class schedules, and it will publish to campus calendars and class schedules. For events, be sure to note in the description how the community can participate remotely. If you have changes or edits to events already scheduled with confirmed space, please contact Susan Keefe (keefes@evergreen.edu) with any edits.
