RECAST | Media Loan Updates
Greetings all,
Media Loan will be closed Saturday March 14th and Sunday March 15th. Media Labs will not be available after 5 pm on Friday March 13th until further notice.
We will be open from 10 am to 3 pm during evaluation week to assist students with winter equipment returns and spring checkouts. Equipment returns will be accepted at the Library circulation desk during their open hours.
Media Loan will be closed from Saturday March 21st through Sunday March 29th for spring break.
Services available evaluation week:
- Students will be given on-the-spot extended loans for 5-weeks, no forms needed.
- Equipment will be first come first serve.
- All Advanced Production Services equipment will be available to check out without APS work orders for the programs that use this gear: Mediaworks, Media Artist Studio, and Media Internship.
- Audio Studio equipment that can only be used on campus will not be available to check out.
- For programs that are not continuing from winter, we will try and offer limited proficiency appointments to help new media students check out the equipment they need for spring.
Updates regarding changes in business hours and processes will be posted on the Media Loan home page as the college response to COVID-19 evolves.
