Week 5 student check in reminders

Dear Colleagues:

I am astonished to find that we are closing out Week 4 of this adventurous quarter!

This is a friendly reminder to please share progress information with all students next week. We encourage you to use the language of “Progress Reports” rather than “Fifth Week Warnings.” Many of our students are already experiencing stress and anxiety. Hopefully, knowledge about their progress can help them to make good decision for closing out the rest of the quarter successfully. 

We hope to keep the credit-awarding process clear and transparent for students at all times during the course of the quarter. 

Thank you for all that you are doing to support students in these challenging times.
