1-20_Successes The goal of this assignment is to focus on our history of success. We all have a history of success AND to Identify how we Identify success.

Single_Goal_Tracking This assignment has four main parts and each has a worksheet. It’s intended to be a tool that you can come back to over time to choose and track your progress toward a goal. It’s best suited for goals related to building a habit. Consider working through these steps with an Accountability Partner.

The_DEAR_Formula_How_to_Ask_for Anything From getting help moving a sculpture across town to getting major funding,  as an artist, you will need to ask friends and strangers for help, all the time.  The goal of this assignment is to help you to build the interpersonal effectiveness skills necessary for getting what you want. I borrowed this exercise from my Mom, who’s a retired CBT psychotherapist.

4-Single_Goal_Tracking This assignment will help you set and stay on top of goals dependent on building a habit, like updating your Instagram feed every day or carving out time each week for painting or writing, etc. It’s intended to be a tool that you can come back to over time to choose and track your progress toward a goal.

Fear_Setting I “borrowed” this exercise from Tim Ferris, author of the 4 Hour Workweek.  For the accompanying instructions, check out
