Featuring Native poets Laura Da’, Rena Priest, Cedar Sigo and Arianne True.

Rena Priest is the current Washington State Poet Laureate and a citizen of the Lhaq’temish (Lummi) Nation. Laura Da’, a citizen of Eastern Shanwee, is an author, poet and teacher. Cedar Sigo is a citizen of the Suquamish Nation and is an author of art, literature and film. Arianne True, from the Choctaw and Chickasaw Nations, is a queer poet and folk artist from Seattle. She teaches and mentors youth poets around the Salish Sea.

Each poet will share work and engage with the audience for a question and answer period. Of course, this is free and open to the public.
