As we head into Thanksgiving Break Week and the end of Fall Quarter 2020, we want to congratulate you on all of your hard work to teach in the face of what can seem to be the insurmountable odds of the current pandemic. Thank you! 

Before you dive into your COVID-19-ized holiday, there are a few short tasks we need you to address. We hope to make this an annual update notification in order to make sure we have the most up-to-date contact information for you.  

Please go into your profile using myevergreen.edu (see the upper right corner) and update the following information: 

  • Personal Information 
    • mailing address 
    • alternate phone # (not your campus phone) 
    • alternate email account 
  • Emergency Contact Information 
  • Faculty Information (for Faculty Directory) 
    • There are only a few editable fields for you to update here. If there are any changes that need to be made please email facultyhiringandcontracts@evergreen.edu and we will update the directory.
