Dear faculty and staff,   

Each Friday of spring quarter, the Evergreen Remote communications team will send a summary of updates about teaching and working remotely, including changes made to Evergreen’s COVID-19 webpage, messages that have been sent out, and information that is forthcoming. Our goal is to help you stay up-to-date with important information related to remote learning, teaching, and services and to reduce the volume of communications you are receiving. Please be sure to check your email filter and junk settings so you don’t miss a message. Here are this week’s updates:  

COVID Campus Updates:  

Reminder to check your Out-of-Office and e-mail signatures – Many of us set out-of-office notifications and/or signature line changes when we first shifted to remote work in March. Please take a moment to check yours to determine whether it is still necessary/accurate.   

Evergreen’s COVID-19 web pages including student resources and employee resources pages continue to be updated.

* Have a story to highlight? Complete a project request form to help bring awareness to important work happening currently. Submissions will be reviewed and prioritized with available resources and feasibility in mind. 

Reminder: Upcoming events, deadlines, and information:  

The Greener Bookstore staff are available to assist students and faculty by shipping textbooks, filling web orders, and fulfilling regalia orders for students for graduation. Shipping is currently $3.99 and bus loop order pick up can be arranged via phone call. 

MPA Capstone Presentations: May 30, June 4, and June 6, 2020    

Final Academic Statement: deadline for Spring 2020 graduates extended to June 30, 2020
