We are happy to announce that after many months of preparation, C&C staff have rolled out some much needed improvements to our Help Ticketing system and our front facing portal for support, help.evergreen.edu.
With these changes you will now be able to:
- Create new tickets directly within the ticketing system at kace.evergreen.edu
- Check the status of tickets you have already submitted
- Communicate with support staff about your issue directly within the ticketing system
- Receive email updates automatically when changes are made to your support ticket
We’re working hard to develop documentation to go along with these changes but please continue to use help.evergreen.edu as your starting place for all support requests.
