Dear faculty and staff,  

Each Friday of spring quarter, the Evergreen Remote communications team will send a summary of updates about teaching and working remotely, including changes made to Evergreen’s COVID-19 webpage, messages that have been sent out, and information that is forthcoming. Our goal is to ensure our community is apprised of important information related to remote learning, teaching, and services and to reduce the volume of communications you are receiving. Please be sure to check your email filter and junk settings so you don’t miss a message. Here are this week’s updates: 

COVID Webpage Update: 

• Evergreen’s COVID-19 student resources and employee resources pages – updated regularly. Recent updates include: 

Student Wellness Services is open and available to provide medical and mental health support to students:

• Providers are available by phone 360-867-6200  

Drop-in and self-care groups are also available 

• Local wifi hotspots available for staff and for students 

New Webpages:  

• Evergreen’s Phased Approach to Hybrid Instruction and Operations 

• Information for High-Risk Employees

• To share your program or course end-of-the-year events with the campus community, please fill out this questionnaire so they can be included in this compiled list (note: this site requires an Evergreen login)
