Dear Faculty Colleagues – 

Attendance Forms: A reminder that class attendance forms are due today, 4/9. Faculty should email their attendance tracking forms to registration@evergreen.edu. 

Syllabi, Community Agreements & Instruction Plans: A reminder to submit your spring quarter syllabi, community agreements, and remote/ alternate teaching plans. Our accrediting body, the NWCCU, has asked us to account for our curricular changes in this remote learning environment. As agreed with the UFE, the deadline for submission has been extended to 4/10.

The program coordinator should submit information for each curricular offering using the following webform: https://sites.evergreen.edu/academicforms/sp2020-alternate-instruction-plan/
