This film documents an early science program at Evergreen focusing on Political Ecology. Narrated by Faculty Ed Kormondy, Richard Anderson, David Milne, Oscar Soule and Fred Tabbutt, the film explains the course curriculum and student work. It provides an interesting look inside an interdisciplinary applied science program and showcases Evergreen’s innovative and unique academic qualities.  It was produced in part as an antidote to criticism of the college’s mission by legislators and the threat of massive budget cuts in the early years.
