This series, simply entitled “Meet Education” was recorded at the old Evergreen TV studios as a response to the Washington State budget cuts in the late 70’s and the hostility of the legislature and the local press. Evergreen’s first Executive Director Dean Clabaugh responds to the Daily Olympian editorial, defending the college’s unique approach to teaching and many successes in education.
