This series, simply entitled “Meet Education” was recorded at the old Evergreen TV studios as a response to the Washington State budget cuts in the late 70’s and the hostility of the legislature and the local press. Here, Dean Clabaugh, Evergreen’s first Executive Director is grilled by Arnold Tucker, Chairman of the Western Washington Taxpayer’s Committee on Higher Education about budgetary challenges facing Evergreen.
