A video orientation designed for new staff includes interviews with staff and faculty explaining Evergreen as an educational experiment and as a work environment. Included are a guided tour of the campus, and detailed explanations of the structure of academics at Evergreen. This orientation highlights the importance to staff to the college mission, the crucial support they give to the academic program, and their role as ambassadors to the community. Included are a tour of the campus facilities and a history of the college. Featured staff and faculty are: Rita Cooper, director of Human Resources, President Dan Evans, Chas Davies, Chief Administrative Officer Dean Clabaugh, and faculty members.
