My Evergreen is the account you’ll use to access Canvas as a pre-college student in the 2020 Upward Bound Summer Learning Institute.
 
Activating your Evergreen account depends on if you have had one before or not.
 
*If you have had an Evergreen account in the past, try logging in with your old username and password first.

  1. Check your email inbox first

    You may already have an email from Evergreen (be sure you’re checking the same email that you used to register for Summer Program).

    If you don’t see it within the past few weeks, try searching your inbox for “Evergreen” or “accountactivation@evergreen.edu”. It may go as far back as December. 

    If you don’t find it at all, contact the Computer Center at help.evergreen.edu and submit a help ticket asking for help with setting up your username. Contact your advisor to help you with this if needed.

    Once you get your username and password, go on to the following steps. 

  2. Activate your Evergreen account

    Follow the instructions provided in the activation email from Evergreen. Your account will include your new @evergreen.edu email address. This is how we’re going to add you to Canvas and will be your login to the summer program Canvas class.

    Once you’re done, it will take up to 30 minutes for Evergreen to finish setting up your account. We’ll send you another email when we’re finished.

    If you’re having issues activating your account, please contact the Computer Center at help.evergreen.edu and submit a help ticket again. Contact your advisor if you need help with this too.

  3. Log in to My Evergreen

    Go to My Evergreen and follow the activation steps for your first login.

    Once this all works, let us know your username so we can add you to Canvas!
