On Tuesday May 9 from 10 -11 in the CAL, we’ll have an in-program workshop on Academic Statements and Self-Evaluations.

• Academic Statements for continuing students are due Week 27 Thursday May 18 (the day after Academic Fair) and for graduating students are due Friday June 16 (end of conference week) (see details here).
• Please bring with you or have access to your updated Academic Statement (you hopefully have a statement updated at least as of fall).
• Please bring your PSAM spring syllabus.
• Please bring your copy of Phys21: Preparing Physics Students for 21st Century Careers (you got a copy of this booklet the first day of spring quarter; if you missed getting a copy, there should be one or two left in the box on the side counter in the Cave or you can use the electronic version found at the given link; there’s no need to print out a new copy).
