Here are the Savvina Chowdhury’s and Larry Mosqueda’s, nomination of me at the The Evergreen State College faculty meeting on June 3, 2020 for emeritus faculty. I am retiring on June 15th from Evergreen although will be teaching at Evergreen, winter 2021, and will continue teaching political economy every day although not in an official capacity.

Peter Bohmer is one of the most passionate, kind and considerate educators I’ve had in my life. He does everything in his power to connect with students and share his knowledge. I am grateful for the political economics teaching he gave me and continues to give, formally and informally with those he connects with. He inspires hope for a new system and spreads that hope to everyone while doing so. He is welcoming and inspiring. Thank you Peter! I strongly support this nomination.
