This presentation will highlight how Prairie View A&M University has designed its’ Private-Public Partnership to support the first-year student initiative – University College. Attendees will learn how the institution has moved beyond a traditional P3 business model toward a developmental, retention, model as an integral step toward a true residential college model for all academic levels.
