Congratulations to all of our 2025 Graduates! To help in welcoming our graduates and their guests during graduation ceremonies, parking will be free on the following days and times:

  • June 10, 11, and 12, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  • June 13 from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

 

On Friday, June 13, please observe the following to provide hospitality for our guests:

  • Staff and Faculty are encouraged to carpool, take the bus, or be dropped off.  Please avoid parking in Lot B and C on Friday, June 13.  If you must drive, there are other possibilities for staff and faculty parking on June 13:
    • The Meadow behind Evans Hall/Library Building, accessed from Hidden Springs Drive off Driftwood (June 13 only)
    • F –Lot across from the housing area
  • Graduates and their Guests will be able to park in Lot B and C and F. A professional traffic control company has been hired to guide guests starting around 11 a.m. to help fill lots B, C, and F.  Once B and C Lots are full, the lots will be barricaded and guests will be routed to F Lot if needed.
  • To expedite guests departing after the ceremony, the traffic control company will briefly close inbound traffic on the Parkway after the ceremony.  Flaggers will direct traffic post-ceremony. 
  • A shuttle van will operate from F Lot to Red Square from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  Shuttles will take people back to F Lot from 3 to 5 p.m.  Shuttle drop-off and pick-up will be located between the Longhouse and Seminar 1.

 

On Saturday, June 14, Evergreen will also host South Puget Sound Community College’s Commencement exercises from 10 a.m. to noon. The same parking and traffic control company will provide the same services for their ceremony.  A brief parkway closure will occur after SPSCC’s ceremony ends shortly after noon while the flaggers expedite guests departing the campus in the same fashion as Friday.
