The largest colony of great blue herons on the west coast, known as March Point Heronry is on Skagit Land Trust property. The Trust has three wildlife cameras that volunteers have been using to conduct research and compile observations for three years. Data Entry volunteers are needed to compile data collected through the Trust’s March Point Heronry wildlife camera project. Join our team of detail-oriented, great blue heron lovers who are transcribing observations made over the 2022-2024 heron breeding seasons.

We are seeking volunteers who:
– Have a computer
– Have familiarity with spreadsheets or data entry
– Are meticulous!
