Mentorship offers a plethora of benefits to mentors and mentees, yet it can be challenging for the prospective and current environmental workforce to find mentors that align with their needs and professional backgrounds. The Green 2.0 Mentorship Database fills these gaps by providing a way for people to find others willing to connect and by providing resources to guide them in fostering mentoring relationships.
