Professor Lane Selman will be speaking from 10:30-12 in the “Terroir/Meroir” program (hosted by Sarah Williams, Prita Lal and Steve Scheuerell).  An Assistant Professor of Practice in the Department of Horticulture at Oregon State University, she is passionate about food system resilience and created the Culinary Breeding Network to build communities of plant breeders, seed growers, farmers, produce buyers, chefs, and eaters to improve quality in vegetables and grains.
