Artist Talk – Melinda Hurst Frye

May 19, 2017 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

The surface is not a border, but an entrance to homes, nurseries, highways and graveyards.

The Daniel J. Evans Library and Photoland present an Artist Lecture by Melinda Hurst Frye, An Incomplete Survey of the Natural World as Photographic Subjects. Hurst Frye, whose work is currently on display in Galerie Fotoland, will talk about her inspirations, history, and work process. Hurt Frye will be bringing caterpillars and butterflies, giving us the chance to checkout some small critters from the extravagant world beneath our feet.
