Registration fees include
- Retreat sessions and materials
- Thursday (4/23) lunch and dinner; Friday (4/24) breakfast and lunch
- Sales tax
- Lodging for 1-2 nights
Participants are responsible for travel costs to and from the retreat.
Accommodation Requests
We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals, including individuals with disabilities, to engage fully. To request an accommodation or for inquiries about accessibility, email washcenter@evergreen.edu and someone from our team will follow up with you. At least two weeks advance notice will help us to provide seamless access.
Cancellation policy
Registrations are transferable within institutions. Cancellations made by February 15 will be refunded at 80% of registration fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after February 15. To cancel or transfer a registration, please email washcenter@evergreen.edu with your name and institution.
If the event is cancelled by hosts due to unforeseen circumstances, all registration fees will be refunded at 100%.
Public Health Practices & Policies
Masking is welcome but not required. Individuals who wish to continue to wear masks are encouraged to do so. Bullying or other inappropriate behavior related to masking will not be tolerated. Masks are encouraged for those with a recent exposure to COVID-19, for individuals who are ill, and for those at increased risk for severe illness or who live with individuals at risk for severe illness.
Retreat participants are required to follow public health related guidelines that The State of Washington has in place at the time of the event. Hosts request that participants remove themselves from event activities if they exhibit COVID19 symptoms or test positive. Retreat participants acknowledge there is a risk of COVID19 transmission by traveling to and attending this event assume all risk of COVID19 transmission and its health outcomes by choosing to participate in the event.
