I mentioned in class a series of video lectures that are based on Griffiths’ Introduction to Electrodynamics. The creator is using the 2nd edition compared to our current 4th edition, but that is generally not an issue. There are at least 200 videos that as far as I can tell go up to chapter 9; I have barely viewed a fraction of them. Hopefully these can serve to supplement your engagement with the text.
