For Week 3, please read:
- Biology of Plants: Ch. 12, Ch. 16
- College Physics: Ch. 2
- Life of a Leaf: Preface, Ch. 1
- Please have the physics reading prepared by Tuesday; because of all the various project related workshops in week 3, we’ll squeeze in physics material when we have time.
- Please continue to read all of Life of a Leaf.
Week 3 Schedule:
- due by 6 pm, Mon. April 11 via WebAssign: Physics Problem Set 2.
- due by 9 am, Tue. April 12 in class: Field Trip Waiver
- 9 am, Tue. April 12. Sem 2 B1105: Botany Quiz; Botany Lecture. (If time, we’ll start physics at the end of this session).
- 1 pm, Tue. April 12. Computer Applications Lab (CAL West), Lab 2 1st floor: WordPress Tutorial. (If time, we’ll continue physics at the end of this session).
- 9 am, Wed. April 13. Computer Applications Lab (CAL West), Lab 2 1st floor: Physics Quiz. Video Analysis Workshop. Library Research Workshop.
- 9 am, Thu. April 14. Field Trip to W.W. Seymour Botanical Conservatory in Tacoma: meet vans in parking lot C at 8:45 am; bring lunch.
