Games as facilitators for complex classroom inquiry

Games can be understood as both model and metaphor. Analysis of game rules, gameplay, and game materials provides opportunity to discuss larger social concerns related to equity and to collaboration. In this session we will play a very short game, and then consider how games can lead to complex classroom inquiry into equity as a concept.
