Sem II-B 2107
What does it take to get up in the morning and know our actions matters? As we work towards accomplishing complex institutional goals, how do we gauge the progress of our work and sustain our collective efforts? In this session, we will explore insights from several asset oriented frameworks such as Appreciative Inquiry (Copperfield), the Progress Principle (Amabile and Kramer), the Strategy of Small Wins (Weick), and Indigenous Wisdoms (Hardiman). We will discuss why asset orientations might matter to our work and how their application could play a role in framing, executing and elevating your team’s action plan.
