Greetings MPA Students,

Welcome to the beginning of fall quarter in the MPA program! We hope your summer provided time to rest, reflect, and recharge. We’re excited to start this academic year alongside you.

As we embark on this journey together, remember you are not alone, you are part of a community. The MPA program is a space where you can ask questions, take risks, and grow—both academically and personally. In times of uncertainty, community is our anchor. It reminds us that we are not alone in navigating change. It offers connection, resilience and shared purpose. As MPA students and future leaders your role in shaping your communities is vital. You are preparing to lead with integrity, to listen deeply, and to act with courage. In uncertain times, these qualities are not just admirable – they are essential. Let the beginning of this school year be a reminder of why you chose this path. Your work matters. Your voice matters.

Through community we can build a just and resilient future and the MPA team is here to support you on your journey.
