Mike Craw, Ph.D., a faculty member of Evergreen’s MPA program, was recently interviewed as part of the ongoing study on Tacoma’s Landlord Fairness Code. He will be turning the metrics into two surveys, one for tenants and one for landlords. Then, Craw will use the results to provide reports to the city council.
