About the speaker:
Scott is the Rules Coordinator for the department of Fish and Wildlife (DFW). For over 23 years, he has worked as an attorney or regulatory manager at a number of state agencies including DSHS, L&I, DOH, Office of the Insurance Commissioner and DOL. In 2017, he helped to recodify DFW’s WAC title combining Titles 220 and 232. Before working in state government, he worked for 12 years as an attorney in private practice handling both civil litigation and criminal defense cases in the Puget Sound. Scott graduated from the University of Puget Sound School of Law in 1989.
