Responsibilities
- Responsible for the implementation of sage-grouse plan amendments using a variety of professional level natural resources and wildlife management concepts, principles and theories, in coordination with various internal and external stakeholders
- Primary point of contact and lead for establishing, resolving and adjusting sage grouse implementation workload, complex issues and lines of communication in and across the District.
- Advises other district and field personnel on the application of sage-grouse mitigation, monitoring and disturbance processes.
- Responsible for the planning, establishment and monitoring of project and habitat enhancement timelines, benchmarks, and milestones using various data and reporting tools, as well as on-the-ground site examinations with the District.
