Salary– $112,320.00 – $143,936.00 Annually

Qualifications

An equivalent combination to: 

  • Graduation from a four-year college or university with emphasis in economics, statistics, finance, business administration or related field AND
  • Five years’ experience performing economic, financial and/or market analysis, preferably with an electric or water utility

 

Knowledge & Skills

 

  • Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences through dynamic visualizations and storytelling
  • Experience solving complex analytical problems using quantitative approaches with a blend of mathematical, statistical and predictive modeling techniques. 
  • Demonstrable skills leading large cross-functional teams and delivering actionable insights from disparate data sources
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of business intelligence functions, including but not limited to analytics, data mining, reporting, report conversation, data cleansing, data modeling and relational databases
  • Outstanding analytical skills and an understanding of system databases, data elements, and application software solutions to maximize data gathering and data analysis
  • Experience working with budgets to deliver key information to stakeholders
  • Experience building systems and programs and executing change management within an organization
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Tableau, Esri, and FME
  • Experience working with ArcGIS to support end users
  • Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams
  • Experience in people management and leadership
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
