The Senior Director of Operations (SDO) plays a critical role in Habitat for Humanity of East Jefferson County’s efforts to meet its strategic program goals. The SDO is a hands-on leader, who develops and stewards the organization’s operating capacity, managing people and programs to significantly increase Habitat’s ability to achieve its mission to address the community’s need for affordable housing.  The SDO reports directly to the Executive Director and ensures excellent operations in all program areas – Volunteer Engagement, Construction, Land Development, Homeowner Services, Permanent Affordability, and Store.
