Bard GPS is committed to create a diverse, equitable, just and inclusive program that trains future leaders how to dismantle systemic racism. To do so, we recognize that Bard GPS must be an actively anti-racist program that supports racial, social, and gender equality and fosters an inclusive environment, for staff, faculty and students. As part of this commitment, we value transparency and want to ensure our community understands that we are on a journey to achieve this mission and emphasize continual learning (and unlearning) to fully build the program we aspire to run. We seek applicants who will join in this work and share our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
