Make an impact on Oregon’s native fish populations ensuring fish passage to critical habitat. Play a key role as the expert on fish passage requirements at Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) managed road crossings.

This is a full time, Limited Duration position through December 31, 2022, and possibly beyond depending on funding.

Qualifications: Requires three years of biological experience performing studies, research, or resource management activities in a fish or wildlife program with at least one year of experience at a technical/professional level performing activities in a fish/wildlife program such as researching and analyzing data, conducting investigations, applying pertinent laws and regulations, or coordinating and monitoring project activities; AND a Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries or Wildlife Science or a closely-related Bachelor’s degree or three additional years of biological experience. A Master’s/Doctorate degree in Fisheries/Wildlife Science or closely-related degree may substitute for some experience.
