Sound Salmon Solutions seeks high-quality candidates for our Managing Director (formerly Executive Director) position. We are looking for a high-energy, forward-thinking leader that will work collaboratively with SSS staff, board, volunteers, donors, and our regional partners to realize our mission, innovate our programs, and build financial resiliency.

This 0.75 FTE (30 hours/week) position offers a generous compensation package that includes PTO, medical benefits, 403b match, and salary of $55,000-$65,000, DOQ. The Managing Director works under the general supervision and direction of the Sound Salmon Solutions Board of Directors. The Managing Director has broad responsibility for the formulation, implementation and execution of the mission and administrative functions of the organization.
