Key requirements include experience with demo and prepping for hardscapes, as well as knowledge of plant installation and care, sod-laying, and irrigation repair. Proficiency/experience with manual and power tools/equipment is an absolute must. If you don’t know how to use a shovel or a hard rake, this is not the job for you. Candidates with knowledge of grading and drainage is preferred. The ideal candidate has a pick-up truck or some other reasonable means of transporting wheelbarrows and other essential manual tools from job site to job site. Clean driving record is required.
