Garden Community Engagement Coordinator

Status: Part-time (0.5 FTE; 20 hours/week)
Starting Pay: $20.19/hr
Benefits: Pro-rated holidays and wellness leave

GRuB seeks an adaptable, relationship-oriented communicator to join our team as the Garden Community Engagement Coordinator. This person will engage and network with partners, GRuB garden recipients and SNAP-Ed to respond to community needs and feedback and work to continue to improve equity and education
in the GRuB Garden Project (GGP). They will also facilitate meeting all training and reporting requirements in this grant funded position. Tasks will include:


o Leading networking and partnership development with other organizations in the community
o Working with a team to establish three new GGP advisory groups: BIPOC Advisory Group, LGBTQ+ Advisory
o Group and GGP Alumni Advisory Group
o Completing all grant management tasks including
o Participating in required meetings, trainings, and workshops
o Communicating grant requirements to GRuB Garden Project (GGP) staff
o Collaborating with program staff to create systems to meet grant requirements and objectives
o Submitting monthly reports and invoices
o Coordinating evaluation and record-keeping
o Supervising garden educator, and assisting with other GGP tasks such as educational workshops and garden building as time allows
